Copyright & Takedown
StageRight by Bluesy Studio respects intellectual property. If you believe a photo on our site or delivered to a client infringes your copyright, please send a notice using the steps below and we'll review promptly.
How to send a takedown notice
Email: copyright@bluesystudio.com
Postal (optional): Bluesy Studio, Attn: Copyright, 11095 Begonia Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708
Include the following in your request:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., specific URLs, filenames, order IDs).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We generally remove/disable access to reported material that appears infringing and notify the customer who provided it. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore access after 10–14 business days unless we're informed that the complainant has filed court action.
Counter-notice (if your content was removed)
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or where we may be found if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat-infringer policy
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict services to users who are repeat infringers.
