How we use it (lawful bases)

• To deliver services you request (contract performance).
• To reply to inquiries and support (legitimate interests).
• With your consent, to send occasional updates or waitlist notices—always with opt-out (CAN-SPAM requires a clear opt-out and a valid postal address).

For EU/UK visitors, our lawful bases align with GDPR (consent, contract, legitimate interests).

Processors & sharing

We use trusted vendors to operate the service (for example, email and storage providers, spreadsheet tools for intake, and site hosting). We don't sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep project data for as long as needed to deliver your order and for a reasonable period to support you, comply with law, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion after your project is closed.

Your choices

• Emails: unsubscribe anytime using the link in the message or email us. (CAN-SPAM requires honoring opt-outs promptly and including our postal address.)
• Access/erase: contact us to access, correct, or delete your info where applicable.
• California: If and when StageRight meets CPRA thresholds, California rights such as access, delete, correct, and opt-out of "sale/share" will be supported consistent with state guidance.

We run a minimal site. If we add analytics or ad cookies later, we'll update this notice and—where required—ask for consent.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure.

Children

StageRight is for business use and not directed to children under 13.
